No. 6 Squadron

Created to mark the 110th anniversary of Number 6 Squadron Royal Air Force, which was formed on 31st January 1914. Throughout the Second World War, the Squadron earned the moniker “The Flying Tin-Openers” for their adept support of ground operations and their prowess in dismantling Rommel’s armoured units. The names Canopener Lager and Tinopener IPA pay homage to this historical reference. A donation of 15p from each can sold will be made to the RAF Benevolent Fund.
